Projects & Maintenance Services of Illinois was incorporated in February of 2008 by husband-and-wife team Bill and Rose Murry.  Bill is certified in welding inspection and is a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager.  He has 35 years of welding experience and 22 years plant maintenance experience.  Today, the company has 21 employees and is still growing.

A stellar client relationship program and a safety policy that has resulted in zero accidents to date are two reasons for PMSI’s growth and success.  Among the key parts of the client relationship program are weekly face-to-face meetings with key personnel, daily involvement with each site’s quality teams, and periodic client surveys to review work quality, safety adherence, follow-through, and successful project completion. 

PMSI’s safety program strives to make each person responsible for his or her own actions, as well as for the safety of the entire team.  It meets or beats all state, local, and client safety regulation, and has resulted in a completely injury-free workplace.  PMSI carries $6M in liability insurance, as well as a full range of worker’s compensation.
